I understand that it is my own responsibility to have stable internet connection to attend online courses. ACES has no obligation in helping you resolve technical issues and is not responsible for any missing classes due to your technical difficulties or failure to login.
Daily Schedule: please remind your kid to enter Zoom class waiting room 5 minutes before a class starts.
Class security: Please don’t share your student's class meeting ID and password or class URL with others or post/publish class meeting ID and password to any media.
Please log in with your child's real name. For example, the login name cannot be: "my Ipad". If the child's real name is not displayed, it will affect the child's entry into the classroom.
Please help your kids to set up Zoom environment: use a computer with a camera and a microphone or use a tablet device. It is best to use headphones or earphones to reduce background noise interferes and to ensure teaching quality.
Do not allow siblings or pets around your children to interfere with their class. If the parents are sitting next to the children during the class, please do not participate in another meeting simultaneously.
Cell phone use, TV use, and other digital distractions are prohibited during class hours.
I understand that my child may be removed from ACES program for any of the following reasons: 1, disrespectful behaviors towards teacher and fellow students; 2, inappropriate showing of offensive or abusive messages/materials/video/audio; 3, significant disruption of the online class; 4, sharing videos with unauthorized persons; 5.Failure to pay program fees by designated deadlines.
